ANIKET CHARAN

Aniket has just completed his five year law course from Gujarat National Law University. Being an army kid, discipline has been a way of life. He is a fitness freak. He can discuss anything from mental health to parliamentary issues. He believes that the art of 'communication' plays the most vital part in today's political power plays. His vast knowledge helps him talk objectively about today's pressing issues. His sharp wit and his ways with rhetorics set him apart from the crowd.

Dushyant Thakur is a graduate of Gujarat National Law University. He has been published in various reputed international and national journals, blogs and magazines. He was also an editor of The GNLU Law Review.

VARUN S KALRA

Mr. Varun Kalra is a practicing Advocate in the Delhi High Court and is currently working as an Associate at Kalra & Co. He has vast experience in Civil Writ Petitions, Arbitration, Service Law, Labour Law and Civil Disputes. Mr. Kalra completed his B.B.A-LLB(H.) from Amity Law School, Noida (Class of 2014-19) and has authored many Research Papers and Articles on various law subjects.

WISHVESH RANJAN

Wishvesh is currently working as an Associate Legal Counsel at TechnipFMC, Noida. He completed his graduation from Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur in 2018 and has an experience of working in the industry for 2 years. Prior to joining Technip FMC, he practiced in acourt as a corporate and criminal lawyer for almost a year and half under a Litigation firm in Delhi. He is highly interested in pursuing criminal litigation and also working on different aspects of it related to human rights law and transnational crime & justice.

ABHAY SINGH THAKUR

Abhay Singh Thakur is working as an Assitant Professor at Gujarat Maritime University. He is also a research scholar at Gujarat National Law University. He has a Master of Law in International and Comparative Law from West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences (WBNUJS)
Kolkata. He has about seven years of overall work experience which includes  Four years of teaching experience, and  three years of industry experience. He has multiple paper publications in his name which include a paper publication in NALSAR Air and Space Journal, NUSRL Law Journal."

SANKALP MALIK

Sankalp Malik is an advocate practising before various High Courts and tribunals, pan India and is currently working at RRA Legal. His niche lies in economic laws including Direct taxes, Benami law, PMLA amongst others. 

 

Mr. Malik graduated from Amity Law School, Noida in the year 2019 and during the span of his law school career, he won various national as well as international moots. he has setup a mooting culture in the college and published various quality articles in reputed journals .
